I've been in the field for over two years, building experience, resilience, and a vision for what this work can really mean. My focus isn’t only on results, it’s on people. Creating a welcoming, motivating environment is at the core of my leadership style. But there’s more to the story. Outside of work, music is my outlet, a way to turn creativity into connection. That same love for expression fuels a bigger passion: healing people. Whether it’s guiding a new recruit, encouraging personal growth, or simply offering support, I believe in helping others become the best version of themselves. For me Dalewood Sales isn’t just about today, it’s about teaching and inspiring the next generation to step up, grow strong, and make a difference. Here, you’ll find more than a paycheck. Hi, I’m Ryan, a passionate fundraiser and entrepreneur and team builder, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting world-class charities. I come from a background that blends leadership, motivation, and a relentless drive to help other, whether that’s inspiring teammates, connecting with communities or building systems that make a real difference, I believe in leading by example, my experience in sales, sports and personal growth has shaped me into someone who thrives on challenges and celebrates every win no matter how small. At the heart of everything I’m about people; empowering others to be the best version of themselves, that includes the incredible teams I get to work with, and yes even my French Bulldog Theo reminds me of loyalty and joy. For me this isn’t just fundraising its about building something bigger than ourselves, something that leaves a mark.
